taking a fan apart to paint???

i was looking at my fans and i want to take the blade of so i can paint it and just leave the square mounts black....i didnt want to pull too hard and break them so could somebody tell me how thank you

This guide is what ya after and I've taken enough apart to lubricate to know that it's fairly simple.

always remember to tape the magnets outside the fan middle chasis. i u get paint on those magnets it will ruin the fan.
