Need some advice for overclocking GIGABYTE P35-DS4 + Intel 2duo E6750 @2.66GHz

Hello. I've been running this for half a year with no problems but sometimes it resets to normal after restarts. Can i fix that? Also i wanted to check if it needs any more tweaks to improve and stabilize.
Need some help with memory timings if someone knows whats up.

MY CPU TEMPERATURE GOES UP TO 80 SOMETIMES BUT IT MIGHT BE THE THERMAL PASTE.

If you hit 80 degrees, I wouldn't change a thing. If you can keep your loaded temps in the 60* range then you have room to play. Right now you don't.
