    Hello guys, I apologize in advance for my poor English , verily, I am using goole translate .

    Here is my configuration :

    z87x - ud4h (gigabytes ) { f3 bios , setting defoult . rev 1.0 };
    i5 4670k ;
    gigabyte r9 270x;
    ddr3 2400 x tested speed trindet CL10 -12-12-31 1.65v ;
    xfx 750w core edtion ;
    ls 120gb ssd corsair force ;
    cooler master K380 ;

    But let's get down to it, unfortunately my new build will not start when cold ( cold boot ) ;
    If I turn on and turn off the computer over an hour and a half , no problem, but after several hours takes a system startup (including sounds of windows ), but no video signal , the debug LED dispaly shows A0 ( as when the signal arrives and the coold boot does not occur ) .
    Sometimes I noticed that after a couple of hours off once you turn the video signal arrived late , when the os was already loaded .

    In short , my build will not start cold , debug LED shows no errors such as " 97 ", but the video signal does not arrive.

    Sorry for the bad English, hello from italy ...

      No the bios is stock, I think the f3, but I was thinking of something in the compartment ram, I will update the bios and let you know, the xmp is on, but I guess I will not be able to solve this problem. today to try with a single bank of ram, it slipped from his hands and one is dead ... ☻. Now I am signle channel and the problem persists. I think I give up trying to figure that the solution to this problem, I created only damage to other parts. Maybe pin on soket, in the controller pci-express? .... Everything can be frankly I'm a bit tired and unmotivated disappointed now. I will update the bios and it launched know, thanks @ wazza300 ... really ..♥ If you can understand me well, I think we'll stay on this forum, in Italy there are few forums of a certain thickness ..

        Re: cold boot

        I did uplad bios to f7 stable F8C version is still beta.
        I've tried them all, with another psu, with more ram, out of the case.
        Without r9 270x the problem does not occur while on the forklift r9 270x start the first time, for sure NIt is not the fault of the vga, it dell'xfx and even the cpu.

        In my opinion some capacitor reaches the charge due in the first phase of power and the slopes depend on it have the proper signal integrity, and after a few minutes of reaching the threshold correta microfarads and everything starts as it should.

        Of course in 2 hours pirme capacitors do not lose charge so full, that's why within two hours of the problem does not occur ...
        How to justify a rma? ......

        This build was my unfortunate

        No more gigabyte

              I do not have the evidential F8d beta bios, but since I switched to f7, my problems are increased when they are under windows I crash before I had often vga drivers stop working and are restored, etc .... In short, a real fake this motherboard, i think that if a firmaware does not recognize a device is for all times, or one or zero, or hight or low, or true or false, want to change, the computer is only two states, are not allowed other outputs.

              I have already contacted gigabyte.
              Appearance their responses, it is New Year's Eve in China, I have to wait until February 4, if I can not rma, but never again buy another motherboard gigabyte.

              I forgot, a few more clicks imc should solve the problem, I do not think this is quite normal.

              Thanks I will keep you updated ....

                That would probably be Vsa voltage....adding a little won't hurt anything.

                  Thanks for the advice

                  I will try Vsa, I just gave a few clik vcc, fast boot ultra fast , pll = low,

                  Now I have to wait a couple of hours to learn, however f7 bios made things worse.

                  IMHO this board is bugged ..

                  For rma it often takes months, I need the car for work for more than fun and games.

                  I thought that was the best for gigabyte motherboards, but I have to think again, many users even with ivy bridge, have problems with cold boot.

                  Look here:

                  and here:

                  Can we get an official response from Gigabyte regarding Z68 cold boot?

                  And still other cases, different and similar, never more gigabytes.

                  Try this on google : gigabyte cold boot

                  Damm!
