  • Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H Raid 0 + UEFI = no boot?

Just stumbled upon this section and happened to have a question for you guys.
I have a Z77X-UD3H and 2x samsung 830 128gb SSDs in raid 0, and tried to do a fresh install of win 7 in UEFI mode, however it says the drives would not be bootable. I forced the install and sure enough it will not boot off of the drives while in raid 0. I can do uefi + ahci or raid + bios, but not uefi + raid. Any ideas? I've seen similar issues on lenovos and they were able to fix it with a bios update, is there a modded bios that would allow me to run uefi?
    Thanks

There is a newer bios for that board F19e. it is a Beta but should be safe. I don't have that board but have read similar issues on other Z77 boards, but this was near initial release..
