Is this diffrent from previous boots? If so how, when did you notice the diffrence and why? Why being did you do any thing diffrent when this started?

This came after a test performances options on mobo , CIA 2 , Performance enhance ..... And somehow System Voltage Control set on Auto , and CPU voltage(1.5) and temp(80 degree) is too hi . This is for 20-30 second while the load Windows I saw them and shutdown . After that everything was normal , except this fan speed when logging.I use EasyTune for adjustment fan speed , only for this .

Do not use CIA 2 options in bios. enter bios and load optimized defaults to return to default settings. If you want to overclock your system please apply overclock setting manually in bios.

Sounds like you need to play with fan settings in bios.

Re: High speed CPU fan at system startup

In bios ,currently i use F4 , CPU PWM possible setting is two , enable or disable . I can not tune nothing , this is weakness of the mobo EP35C-ds3r :( .
