Ive just applied the diode fix to my h80 cooler, works a treat, i can here my hdd again lol, that how noisy it was, anyway, i have 9 spare diodes if anyone wants one, let me know ill post it to you.You can get the instructions of youtube, just search for h100 noise fix.Noim not charging, ill pay for stamp envelope.Seems a waist to leave lyin around when it could help other people.Can only post in UK though, so sorry.

Hi Boe323, I literally just installed my H100 only to have the dreaded grinding noise. A quick search and I saw your fix and offering diodes. I can't find the instructions on youtube however. Would you be able to help? I could reimburse any costs for posting or additional help :)!

havnt read all the thread but grinding usually points to air bubbles trapped in the pump or pipes? could try laying pc on its side for few hours with cooler running to dislodge air bubbles to the top of the rad?

A google search using: h100 noise fix turned up about 111,000 results.
The first results page has links to 3 different youtube videos and links to the same topic in other forums.

Those units are problematic. I had the H100 briefly but the fan control was non existent, although I had no weird noises. But when they work right they do a pretty good job for a sealed AIO.
But if you keep it Corsair has a pretty good RMA system. Corsair wanted me to ship mine to them and they would send a new unit, but I just RMA'd for a refund and got an XSPC water cooling kit instead that works great. Not an option for everyone, I know.
