I want to update the BIOS on a P67 UD4 B2. In Stasio's BIOS list here he writes "F8i1 - Modified BIOS to flash back from B3 to B2". That sounds like I can flash my board to accept B3 BIOS versions. Am I understanding him correctly or just misinterpreting it?

Yes you can flash a B2 board to a B3 bios. I would PM Stasio or LSD and ask them what bios is used to flash to the B3 bios. Once you have flashed with the modified bios can you use regular B3 bios's to update.Main Rig

B2 => B3 F8:
B2 to p67a-ud4-b3_f8.zip
Before flashing, set in the BIOS "Optimized Defaults"and Disable "GSATA" and "eSATA" option.
Before flashing in Windows, with latest @BIOS B11.1004.1, Untick "Load CMOS Default"!
(Tick Clear DMI data Pool if you want that CPU-Z show P67A-UD4-B3)
Restart and after should be OK (reflash also Backup BIOS with ALT+ F12).
After, you can flash any B3 BIOS with QFlash and use any utilities for B3 (Touch BIOS).
And you have support Intel 22nm CPU E1 stepping.

Re: Can I use a Rev. B3 BIOS on a P67 UD4 B2 board?
Thank you both (and especially stasio ;) ) !
Since you mention @BIOS, it sounds like I have to use it, will it not work with QFlash? Never been a big fan of flashing in Windows...
I can always go back to a B2 BIOS with the modded F8i1 and then further back, right?
As for the backup BIOS, IIRC correctly it can sometimes cause problems if I don't flash that as well, right? That I should flash at startup in QFlash though, or does ALT+F12 also work in @BIOS (never used @BIOS before...)?
PS: I really should update my signature ;)

You can try with QFlash, but I am not sure.
Don't worry, latest @BIOS is save (and you can always recover from Backup BIOS,right?).
Yes,you can go back to B2 BIOS anytime.
Once you flash to B3,on splash screen (before BIOS) hold ALT and kicking F12...
Edit:
I have Z77X-D3H and now using BIOS from UD3H.......
