      Re: New BIOS

Hey Profjim, not wanting to step on your toes or anything like that, so please don't be offended!! But, I just wanted to open this thread in case Manta needs to make any further posts for testing.

And so that everyone knows, this user Mamta is part of the TweakTown web dev team and is working on adding system specs into our avatar area post-bit's (As you can see above, on her avatar/name area).

Thanks for your work on this Mamta!

Trust me, when it first posted it I saw the same line same spelling in another thread. Those things are sneaky, post something that look innocent then start spamming.

I know what you mean Chike, but in this case it's definitely NOT a spammer for now

              Re: New BIOS

I am partial to the new system specs format, but then again it will clear up people with big sigs like us

One thing would be nice to see is thank you system like XS but no min post limit to use. Or also show how many times a users post has been liked.

                Re: New BIOS

Well, we could add whatever we want to the specs, and then still have sigs too.

Thanks we have already, just called "Like" because the world likes Facebook

                    Re: New BIOS

That count could be easily added to our forum post bit as well, but I don't have server side access so that's something Cam and Mamta would have to do.

                        Re: New BIOS

Guys, how much more clear can I be? I asked Cameron, showed him the accounts registered Tweaktown.com email, and he says she is our web developer working on the stats as shown on the first post, this is not a spammer.

As for why she posted that who knows, maybe she is a spammer elsewhere, you'll have to ask her and find out... But she is NOT here to spam, this was a test thread she created to test the modifications she is adding to the forum.

Should I close this again so no one else asks if she is a spammer? Come on guys, read what I wrote - several times already

                          Re: New BIOS

That looks like a pretty cool way to list system specs, but I still like to see it below the posts. I notice some boards have just about eliminated sigs, and some just look sterile these days. I don't like the way OC.net does it but that's just me.
