seems you found the temp limit... ;)
Maybe play with fsb and multi some more, so memory could get to around 1600?
for example 25x160 or 24x166 @ 10xMem, that would lower fsb (and perhaps a bit of heat)

prime temps were in the mid 80's, so, idk........

Any chance to lower VTT or DVID, I still don't understand how vcore gets above 1.3v.

Yes, take vtt to the same level as it was at 2.85GHz or a notch up, DVIS may need a more than 2 notches.Comment
