Gigabyte UD3R i7 950 OC Help

I am trying to get a stable 4.0ghz OC

my specs
i7 950
gigabyte ud3r
msi gtx 560 TI
6gbs of corsair XMS3 (triple channel config)
samsung 500gb f3
corsair 750watt psu

Right now I'm trying to get stable slightly under 4.0ghz. I can run LinX or IBT for about a pass and a half, then it stops giving me an error but it does NOT give me a BSOD.
My settings were

hyper threading and turbo mode off, all power savers OFF

180x22
qpi x36
memory divider set to 6
vcore 2.6
qpi/vtt 1.31
dram 1.64


I just upped the vcore to 2.8 and qpi/vtt to 1.33 I'm going to try again but some help would be nice.

It depends what BSOD you get, what's the BSOD code, if you don't remember you can look at the event log.
Havinng full specs of your system in your signature will also help people to assist you.

Try with a 21x190,some cpus are more stable on odd/even multis,voltages look ok for 4ghz,set dram to 1.66v in BIOS for 1.648v in windows,if using 6x men multi set uncore freq to 17x

I think your vcore maybe set too low - my i950 needs 1.31 volts for stable 4ghz. Note that you may have to set your vcore bios setting slightly higher to all for voltage droop.
