All voltages are fine on auto except for CPU,qpi/vtt and dram if your at stock then they should be fine,if I were you I would re apply your thermal paste,apply as thinly as you can across whole CPU surface,its job is to fill in the microscopic indentations so keep it thin just thin enough so u can't see the metal surface underneath,then tighten down the cooler/header in a criss cross pattern and don't overtighten just finger tight,then see if it improves things,plug cooler fan in CPU fan header the other headers will be slower
