This is DDR-1600 but runs at 1066, are you aware of it?
In BIOS M.I.T, what is the value of Profile QPI Voltage(if present at all)?

What is the error of the bsod that you are getting. must likely need more qpi/vtt voltage...
Full list of BSOD error codes in my sig.
Grab a template from the link in my sig and fill it out with your current bios settings.

Re: Ud3r blue screen memory management

I would manually set dram voltage to 1.5v and set qpi/vtt voltage to 1.3v,raise your memory speed by increasing spd mem multiplier to give you 1600mhz

Not CPI/VTT, under DRAM Timing Selectable
                Profile QPI Voltage ?.??

You can try manually setting QPI/VTT between 1.2-1.35v, and see if this helps.
                What is "Memory Frequency (MHz)"?

i will try changing the QPI/VTT voltage to 1.3v
it doesn't blue screen again unless the computer has been off for at least 8 hours

Re: Ud3r blue screen memory management

You may want to test each of your memory sticks one at a time with Memtest86+, on a cold boot since you mention the issues happen only after being off for 8 hours.

Shut down and remove one stick (Two if you are using three) next time you plan to have the system off for 6-8 hours, then next time you start it there will only be that one stick and you can test it as soon as you turn the machine on. Then repeat this for the next stick by itself on the next night, so you test each stick one by one on a cold boot.

                      Here is the latest Memtest86+

Re: Ud3r blue screen memory management

I adjusted the multiplier to 12x so that memory frequency now reads 1600MHz in bios

I have done mem test on all three sticks and each stick separate no errors

On my last cold boot went to OS everything looked ok, but i had no ethernet, tried to restart and got bsod, rebooted same thing no ethernet. had to kill power and wait for cmos light to go out then booted and everything was fine

What is the bsod error code that you are getting?? See my sig for BSOD error codes and their correction. Please grab a bios template for your board and fill it in with your current settings that are failing so we can advise back.
