it could be that,set cpu voltage on normal even if it gives the same voltage,you could try inserting the windows dvd and boot from cd and do a start up repair,esp if its blue screened badly it will corrupt the start up

Yep have changed to cpu voltage to normal already and will up qpi to 1.3200v and try repair tonight
