Having problem with GA-P55 motherboard after installing 2x2 gb ddr3 1333 bus ram.

Hi guys, i recently bought a GA-P55 USB 3.0 rev-1.0 motherboard. 1st i installed 2 gb ddr3 1333 bus into my system. Yesterday i installed another 2 gb ram but after installing the 2nd ram, i've been facing some problems. Like, when i play any game e.g mafia2,just cause 2,metro2033 or any other game, after playing 10-20 minutes my game crashes. It happens every time while playing. Even my system crashes sometimes while starting the windows. But when i remove 1 stick from the system, it runs smoothly. It happens only if i install the 2nd stick. Please help me.

N.B: My BIOS version is F5.

Here's my system configuration:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-P55 USB 3.0 rev-1.0.
Processor: Core i3 530 2.93 GHz.
RAM: Silicon Power 2x2 GB DDR3 1333 bus.
GPU: Nvidia GTX 470 (GIGABYTE).
Power Supply: Thermaltake 750W.
HDD: 1 TB + 500 GB Seagate.
OS: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.

tell me your current cpu,qpi/vtt and dram voltages

if qpi/vtt is on auto i would manually set it to 1.2000v
dram is usually 1.66v in the bios but check on ram module and manually set the voltage for it
if your not overclocked then you can set the cpu voltage to normal in cpu voltage list

ok you need to look on the ram module or the box it came in and see what voltage its rated at,then go in bios and set dram voltage to 1.66 or 1.5v or whatever its rated at,then manually set cpu voltage to normal setting and most important manually set the qpi/vtt voltage to 1.2000v this is why its failing 1.1v and 4gb isnt enough

+Dynamic Vcore(DVID) +0.00000V Auto
Qpi/Vtt Voltage 1.100V 1.210V
DRam Voltage 1.500V 1.500V
DRam Termination 0.750V Auto
Ch-A Data VRef 0.750V Auto
Ch-B Data VRef 0.750V Auto
Ch-A Address Data VRef 0.750V Auto
Ch-B Address Data VRef 0.750V Auto

I got blue screen several times during start up and games still crashes :(

ok is 1.5v what your ram is rated at? keep everything the same but add +0.0500v in dvid and test it

if above fails then try same settings but with 1.25v for qpi/vtt

is that memory on gigabytes qvl list? i admit i havnt heard of that brand,you shouldnt really need to tweak anything apart from more qpi/vtt voltage

try with dvid back to +0.00000v
look for iho and ich core in bios and add two clicks up on each
it could just be that brand of ram being incompatible
set qpi/vtt to 1.28 or round about and test,if it still fails set back to 1.21v or just under

I configured Dynamic Vcore like this +0.00000V Auto, Qpi/Vtt Voltage 1.100V 1.210V & DRam Voltage 1.500V 1.600V. Working fine now. But i feel that my system does not using 4 gb ram :S

it should work with any amount of ram,just maybe not enought qpi/vtt voltage before

Now I'm having problem with start up. It takes 3-5 minutes to start up. Games not crashing. I updated BIOS F5 to F8 and configured like before. But still the same problem exists with start up :(

what voltages are you using now? dram,qpi/vtt and cpu
