what qpi/vtt voltages did you use? cpu voltage and dram? have you tested hdd from port 0 to port 5? could be faulty sata port? ahh sorry forgot that it does it without hdd plugged in, i would try with a final bios from gigabytes website too just to see if its a beta bios issue,ive seen few bugs with the ud5 bios's lately idk if its the same for your mb
p.s. another thing to try would be to clear cmos fully by removing mb battery for 30mins or overnight,make note of any oc/bios settings beforehand as it will wipe them,then re-install battery set any bios settings and see if it fixes it
