Please start over before you use these settings!! You are using Fail Safe defaults and this is not good to start with, load Optimized Defaults and save/apply/reboot BACK to the BIOS, then set all your SATA/Disk settings again and any other settings you need to before loading windows again.
This is very important that you do not load windows again after doing that until you go back and set your SATA/Disk settings again, especially if you are using RAID.
Although my real suggestion to you would be to take care of all this at once by updating to the latest BIOS
