When I try to turn on the computer (using either the case's power switch or the motherboard one), all that comes on are these two LED lights:
They're "NB PHASE LED" if you zoom in and look at the board's labels. Fans don't spin up and the motherboard doesn't go to POST.
The last couple days before this happened, the computer kept rebooting out of nowhere, even when I underclocked the processor to 2GHz. I ran Memtest86+ and it found no errors so I don't think it's the RAM. I don't have a replacement PSU to test with (yet) so all I got are those two lights to go by :(
