Try these for optimizing your memory

    Advanced Timing Control
    tRRD.........................3..................3-4
    tWTR.........................3..................[3-4
    tWR..........................6..................4-5
    tRFC.........................54..................5 2-58
    tRTP.........................3...................3-4
    Command Rate (CMD) ..........0..........: 2

    Driving Strength Profiles
    Driving Strength ............................ 1066

    Channel A
Static tRead Value.........................:[Auto] Set 7-8 (7 may not boot at that FSB) If you switch to D memory multi's you will need to use 8-9 on these
    tRD Phase0 Adjustment...................:Auto
    tRD Phase1 Adjustment...................:Auto
    tRD Phase2 Adjustment .................:Auto
    tRD Phase3 Adjustment..................:Auto
    Trd2rd(Different Rank)....................:Auto
    Twr2wr(Different Rank)...................:Auto
    Twr2rd(Different Rank)...................:Auto
    Trd2wr(Same/Diff Rank)..................:Auto
    Dimm1 Clock Skew Control...............:Auto ps
    Dimm2 Clock Skew Control...............:Auto ps

    Channel B
Static tRead Value.........................:[Auto] << Set 7-8 (7 may not boot at that FSB)

For your references, do not set Normal. Please set those to Auto, all of them

MCH Core can be less, 1.24-1.26 probably.

And Vtt cam be less, if you switch to D memory multipliers you should be able to use less MCH Core and Vtt

You memory is rated 1150 why not use the 2.66D multiplier?

          Vtt is CPU termination.

            Hello

NOTE I use CHANNEL B because my memory heatsik is very large

Try tRD 9 instead of 8.

Also use driving strength 1066 instead of 1200.

You may need to use D memory multipliers instead of B

Could you post a screen capture of EasyTune -> Tuner -> Advanced -> voltage tab? I'd like to see what The reference values are set to with normal settings.
You don't have 0.76 values for the references because your VTT is 1.28v, you need to set them when VTT is set to 1.2v. Anyway leave them on auto unless you change them.

                  You mean slots 2 & 4, or slots 3 & 4?
                  Slots 2 & 4 are still channels A and B.

                      I use red slots for memory (2 & 4 i think)

In your template some of the references were set to normal and I'd like to know what they are actually set to.
