Try MCH 1.24V and ram 2.1V, then test 399 FSB with 2.00B and 2.00D, then try the same with 401 FSB and 2.00B/D

You may also need more Vtt

How do you fail to resume from S3, reboot loops or what?

it will not wake up from mouse, keyboard, or network. it requires pressing the power button which results in a reboot.

i see the firmware error and the unexpected reboot w/o clean shutdown.

To power up with keyboard or mouse must be connected to PS/2

Power On By Mouse.............[Double Clic]
Power On By Keyboard..........[Keyboard 98]
