  • P55-UD3R general settings question in bios.

I was reading the forums over at gskill, about the ram I have. And they have a guide to set the ram up. My question is, is there a reason they have certain stuff in the bios recommended to be disabled?

    Here is what they posted.

Those settings are for an over clock, they aren't stock settings.

Ok. I overclock, and have those all enabled. Reason they recommend disabling them for stability reasons? Not sure if I should have them enabled or disabled.
