I was reading the forums over at gskill, about the ram I have. And they have a guide to set the ram up. My question is, is there a reason they have certain stuff in the bios recommended to be disabled?
Here is what they posted.

What benefit is having stuff like CPU Clock Ratio from 21 to 16, Turbo Boost, EIST, Virtualization, etc disabled?
