Oh so it was plugged up on another SATA controller, and just needed the SATA controller drivers installed in Windows 7. I guess Windows 7 recognized the first SATA controller but missed the second one. I hope this information will be usefull to others. Good job Lucasmci.

You also suggested it may not be compatible with Windows 7. Good first call though.
