A system with a know memory error may (or may not) lead to file system corruption.
I'd try some more tweaks to see if it can be stabilized.
try the following changes

DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual] 
Refresh to ACT Delay______________54-56

If you still get errors, try

Static tRead Value_______________5

Errors at the same address usually indicate a faulty memory, you may want to run a long memory test on each of the sticks individually. If both errors happened at the same test # you can run that specific test in memtest86+.
In memtest86+ screen press c, 1, 3, test number. enter, 0.

I agree with Chike, more testing is necessary.
Memtest86+ is good, as far as it goes, but it's not the final stability test for any system. I've had settings that didn't fail until after 5 or more passes, and had the most problems with test #5 and sometimes with test #7. In these cases, my bios settings needed some additional tweaking.

Sometimes Memtest86+ passes extended testing, only to fail when doing overnight testing with Prime95 and/or OCCT.

File/data corruption is a potentially serious problem that can also lead to BSODs and system instability.
