EX58-UD5 BIOS f9e - ET6 problem with Radeon HD 5870 and CCC 9.9

I have an EX58-UD5 BIOS f9e i7 920 W7U64 system. ET6 B9.0908.1 was fine until I upgraded to Radeon HD 5870 with CCC 9.9. On boot up Service Control Manager raises event log message 7000 with a screen popup.

\??\C:\Program Files (x86)\GIGABYTE\ET6\atidgllk.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.

ET6 runs but "Graphics" tab greyed out.

its probably conflicting with ccc as easytune lets you overclock gpu too try disabling enable overclock profile at start up on ccc or un-install easytune till future releases fix it

The Graphics tab's greyed out because the 5870 is a brand new card. ET6 will need to be updated before there will be support for temp monitoring, clock reading and over clocking.

There should be no conflicts envolved. If you're using over drive to over clock, then on a supported card, ET will report the current set clock speeds and still let you over clock. You should have the Graphics tab back in the next release of ET6 hopefully.

Also note that the driver released with the 5870 is a hacked version of Catalyst 9.9. There are 9.10 beta drivers availible forom AMD designed solely for the 5800 series. This in itself may solve the ET6 issue without need for an ET6 update.
