Try .2 FSB and .25 MCH, and possible Vcore bump (I always set vcore very high to rule out, then lower later)

Ok running again. LSD also it crapped out @ 400X7 which is really underclocked? Also This is the Board that took my E8500 to 24/7 Stable 3.8Ghz with totally stock volts across the whole board.

        EDIT: Nup Crapped out already.

Hmm, maybe that is the issue. Stop underclocking and try overclocking again instead.

Yeap, raise FSB and then Vcore/Vtt as you go up

Yeah im pleased that I got a start to. Im a little bit relieved. ARMA 2 seems to be running very well and yeah temps are good. Ill give it a good crack this weekend when I get some spare time. One little annoying thing. This Lian Li Case the front 14cm Fan Sometimes fails to start spinning on startup or resumming from sleep. It tried to spin but doesnt get over. If you give it a good hard blow it will start up and stay spinning. I really want to replace it with a 14cm Noctua fan with SSO for two reasons. I really dont go much on Blue LEDS everywhere since i leave my system running doing stuff a lot I dont really need the house lit up and two Noctua is just good and quiet. I will try the fan in the PwrFan header some time when I can be bothered. its just in sysfan2 header on the bottom of the MoBo at the moment. Dont know if that will make any difference.

That header could be the issue, try moving it to one of your other headers. I found several users, myself included, with various X48/P35/P45 boards that the SYS_Fan2 Header either only worked at half speed (5V or less) or did not function at all.

I'd go ahead and move it to one of your other free headers and it should be ok then

Ill give it a go. In the Gigabyte Case it was in before it powered both the rear and front fan as they were factroy spliced into one connector. But Im happy to give it a go. I still wanna piss off these LED's though

Hey I just noticed something. Ive upgraded ATI drivers From 9.4 to 9.6 and well it doesnt seem like its throttling back my GPU like it used to. The temps are a bit higher than they used to be and gaming load temps are way high like 90C is that too hot for a single Slot (reference) 4850?
