    Re: Help: set OCZ reaper to 1066 with EP45-UD3R

    We need the following information to help you:
    1) List your system components in your signature.
    --> User CP tab (upper left corner of web page)
    --> select Edit Signature
    --> preview
    --> Save when complete
    --> Bios version
    2) Link to your ram's full specifications.
    3) Fill in the generic bios template with your bios settings and post your current settings.
    --> Fill in Auto where appropriate.

    Code:
    Motherboard: Model:  Rev#:  Bios Version:
    Cpu: Model
    Ram: Brand, Model/Part#, Link to your ram's specs
    Power Supply Unit: Brand, Model#, Wattage

    Default settings for new setups that are not overclocked.

    note: replace all ?? with the value displayed in your bios.
    ----> Replace "Auto" with manually set values.

      I've updated my signature

      those are ram specifications!
      OCZ Technology | Products | Memory | OCZ DDR2 PC2-8500 Reaper HPC Edition

      I don't want to overclock CPU this time, just to set RAM to 1060 Mhz

            What are the results exactly?
            The first picture you posted is the specs and SPD values of your RAM what do you see in the Memory tab?

                If you're not experiencing any stability issues, then everything is fine. You do not have 1066MHz RAM. There's no such thing. You have DDR-1066 RAM. DDR RAM of this spec runs at 533MHz. DDR means it's able to transfer data twice per clock cycle, hence its 1066 rating (533*2 = 1066).
