OCCT calls their tests small, medium, or large datasets and you can set it up to monitor and save temperature and voltage readings for the duration of the test.
You won't screw up your chipset using lower Cpu Vcore, either it will work or it won't.
We're still waiting to find out what's causing the demonic possession; you or your system....

screw up in terms of instability

hm, 1.32500 VCORE will not work :)
will test whole range up to 1.36250, there must be a chance of lower one...

What would be the equivalent of Blend test in OCCT? I am quite confused from the program. But it looks cool!

OCCT medium datasets is comparable to the Prime95 Blend test.
Before you start your OCCT test, click on OPTIONS and then click the icon in the upper right corner. You might find that there are additional voltages or temperatures that you can select for monitoring.
Don't forget that you can optionally select how long you want the test to run.
OCCT makes a great sound if you get an error. ;-))

Jim , you wouldn't happen to be one of those super mutant brutes from Tacoma Park woulda ya? lol....

I get the same issue when testing my i7 at 3.8 w/1600 ram. One day its stable for several hours on small and blend tests in Prime. Yesterday it wouldn't give me 10 minutes...

I'm not sure if this is a reasonable explanation, but days i tested that lasted for several hours were cooler outside , like high 50's at nite, Yesterday was tested a bit warmer around 70f nite temp and it BSOD.

With the warmer temps outside , it increases my core temps by a few degrees. Best i remember is about 65c max core temp on the cool days and 68 on the warmer days.

Something else i forgot to mention is as my Sig shows is exactly what im using, the 1.44qpi voltage that usually works perfectly keeps givin me 124 error codes. So it wants more and more, the BIOS only goes upto 1.5qpi so i backed it down to my 3705/1560 profile and i can drop that QPI down to 1.36.

Sorry for the confusion, I should have said that after selecting OPTIONS, the orange square icon (that takes the place of the green "ON" button) will let you add or remove specific temperature or volt settings to be monitored.

The OCCT FAQ has some information detailing test description options that you can use. There may be more information on their forum link.

I don't know what to suggest about the random nature of the stress tests on different days when there haven't any bios changes. The only thing that makes sense is that it is related to a random problem with motherboard connections, possibly cables or plug-in hardware such as memory, video cards or any other hardware connected to the mobo.

It would be worthwhile to have RealTemp or any other temperature monitoring software log their results while you're stress testing, as an unexpected temperature spike could help point to the problem.

Did the electrician over-volt your kitchen wiring with appropriate heatsinks and fans?
Does your kitchen run any faster?
