I figured what the problem is….. I sent the motherboard for the store to check it out by their technicians which after 3 days informed me that the motherboard is working fine, today I went to the store to see by my own eyes, and while I was there I figured out what was wrong……………….. it is the USB port 1 on the motherboard, if any USB based storage device is connected to that port during a cold boot, the motherboard will fail to boot unless clear the CMOS and remove power out of PSU!!!!!
WTF, never experienced something like that !
While I was at the store too the technician asked me to help him with another PC LOL which I did, I should receive a new Motherboards tonight by Gods welling!
