Yeah tRTP has a limit of 2 actual so 2 would be the lowest you could set in the BIOS that matters.
I would advise you raise a few, lower is not always best and will hurt benchmarks whether it is stable or not scores will go down. Plus in rasing these you will be able to lower tRRD which matters more >>>
tRRD...................................: 4 << you should be able to use 3 once you raise the below suggested ones
tWTR...................................: 2 (+8 = 10 actual in Windows) << May be ok, if you cannot get tRRD 3, raise this to 3-4 and see if it helps
tWR....................................: 3 (+8 = 11 actual in Windows) << I would only use 4-6
tRFC...................................: 48
tRTP...................................: 2 << 3 may be best for benchmarks and help with tRRD coming down
