Personal choice. I perfer to use LinX.

LinX and Intel Burn Test (IBT) are the same. LinX is update more often so its perfered to use that over IBT.

LinX will stress the Cpu more then Prime95 so if you use it make sure you keep a eye on your core temps. If you have used prime95 before expect core temps to be about 10c hotter with linX.
