My first question involves speedfan v.37 vs realtemp v2.7
I am seeing a difference of 10C between them with speedfan being higher
I am currently running a FSB of 266
CPUx12=3.19GHz
Vcore1=1.275
Tmax from realtemp is 53C on 10 passes IntelBurn
What is the safest for
Vcore?
and Tmax?
if Realtemp is more accurate then 53C is temp if Speedfan Is more accurate then 63C is core temp max, i think realtemp is more accurate because at stock everything it is reporting over 60C on Intel Burn.
Is this a good OC? Any Pointers on what to do next? I am planning to reduce Vcore until unstable then bump up to last setting and the same with my DRAM volts as it is at 2.1 now which my reapers are rated for.
What benchmark should I run after I reduce the volts to Vmin for stability at this rate?
Thanks
Doug
ps: I have my OCZ memory running at 1064 by reading Profile2 from the memory at 5 5 5 15 timings after messing with everything else and reading the manual, i found that this mobo can read the epp/spd file from my memory and has been running at 532 fsb with 1:2 ratio with the above timings
