Ok so I built a new computer, and have been having a problem with constant freezing, and not responding from a lot of programs, especially windows explorer. It started with an error message when I was booting up that said DES is turned off, please use application to turn on again. I uninstalled the dynamic energy saver application but that doesnt seem to be the problem. I tried updating the bios from f6 to f7 but that didn't help. It also will not shut down properly, when it gets to the screen that says windows is shutting down it just hangs there. My cpu temp when I go into bios is 40c, I don't know if thats normal or high.
