GA-EX-UD5 voltage at 1.280V?

I don't overclokc and that voltage seems way to high for stock.
I had to disable C1E so the motherboard would stop squealing. Is this normal?

What cpu is this??? where are your comp's specs??

Assuming uve got an I7, yes squealing is wierd, check for any stuffed up capacitors and find out where the noise is coming from.
