  • Help please!!!

Hey, i just got a new X58-UD5 back after my last one was playing up.

Installed everything, plugged all power in etc etc...

I try to boot in @ 195 BCLK (which is what my old board could do standing on it head)...and i keep getting 6F or BF error and it just hangs with no display.

Can i get some help as to what this error code means...

I have set all the voltages, populated white ram slots, put bios to F4r...but still the same error code....

If i could get some help..that would be brilliant...i am starting to think i got a dud board for overclocking :(

    Re: Help please!!!

I've just been reading through my manual on error codes...and BF seems to be related to the "Floppy Controller".

But why would it be related to that when i disabled the floppy drive and anything floppy drive related in bios...
