Try zero 0 here >>>

And then try less MCH voltage, and set Driving strength profile to 1066

If you do not see those pages or settings then you likely need to update your BIOS. If you do update your BIOS DO NOT USE @BIOS!!! Here is a Guide I made on how to use Qflash >>

Whichever is closets to you, any one would be fine. Be sure you load and apply optimized defaults after you flash. And then Reboot BACK to the BIOS before you try to load windows because if you do not do that to change your SATA/Disk settings back and you have a RAID Array it will get corrupted

I change the driving strenght profile to 1066 n do wat u ask me to try~~but still the same problem~~can't get in windows~~
