Can I go from F6 to F14 in one go? Pls help

Hi.

I seem to remember reading somewhere I should update in steps. Is it still the case and if so why?
I will update my P35-DS4 using Q-Flash.

Also, should there be any problem with the new BIOS, is it possible to downgrade if I save the current BIOS somewhere?

In answer to your question:-

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your bios version, regardless if it's going from ie Version 1 to Version 200 or visa-versa.

Unlike some game "incremental" patches where you have to "build" upon the last update, the Bios "images" are Standalone.

And Q-Flash is ideal for updating the Bios. (I would avoid using @Bios though - the windows version)
