The saga continues...... can't find the board yet; everywhere I look is either out-of-stock or priced to high for the board. It was listed to be back in-stock today at newegg, but not it's not. I am thinking about bitting the bullet and stepping up my board choice to EP45c-UD3r, any thoughts? It cost a little bit more but it is in stock and is a better board, I think, and every day with out my system I am losing money.Comment

P45C? Then you would have to buy DDR3
P45-UD3P is a great board, as is what I use P45-DS4P (But it is way more)
Grab a P35 on ebay if you really want one, surely there would be some. If you do want some help looking for one let me know and I will find you a few at some decent placesComment
