Can you get in the BIOS now? Did you already set your ram voltage, put performance enhance on standard and add some MCH Volts... or not? -

Do you have any other ram to test with? If so, please try one other stick of ram.
If not, please see Post #2 here for how I suggest to clear your CMOS >>

Did not have any RAM to test it.
I did clear cmos but still the same issue.
Any more ideas I have been wanting to cry all weekend lol.Comment

Sent MOBO back and recieved a new one and it is now working fine.
I do have a problem with USB but will make a new topic about that.Comment
