Thanks, I am on F14 since it came out. Its Very Good. I was thinking out loud as I posted and found it. I hope. Power management. I don't need windows to turn them off because my sleep mode works wonderfully...

Since I loaded the last USB3.0 Driver from Gigabytes site, my USB2.0 Case ports lose connectivity at random. A Reboot brings them back. Scanning fr new hardware in device manager does not. I have no splats or errors there....
