GA-X58-EXTREME problems on vista x64 with easytune and energy saver

Tried install multiple times easy tunes but i always get when it autostart at boot an application crash message:
GUI MFC Applciation has stopped working , Gui.exe crash on work.dll
GUI windows sockets initialization failed.

Tried with both bios F3 and F4d

Starting energy saver tell me bios in not correct version , tried both gigabyte site software and bios and beta ones.

They cant work at all on vista x64 ?

Strange... I have Vista 64, and both those apps work with F3 and F4e ^^.

they are executed as admin, system is a clean install , only program installed is symantec end point protection latest version, and all vista updates.
Well going try a new install of os :)

Just did now a new full install , latest drivers , problem is same.
Can be a defective motherboard ?

Enrgy saved if i lauch it say Please update the latest Dynamic Energy saver Advanced Utility from gigabyte website for the advanced.

ET6 just crash after i accept the admin rights for make it start

System is runnign without anything installed now only sata drivers and lan driver

Do you have any special disk configuration (RAID, AHCI) on the Intel ports?
In Bios Giga has some AHCI/IDE bug (they say it's fix).
Btw,for the moment don't use easytune and energy saver,until will be fix.

Combination "SATA RAID/AHCI Mode [AHCI]" and "Onboard SATA/IDE Device [Disabled]" -hang start/"Onboard SATA/IDE Device".....[Enabled]

System is only a Velociraptor, a DVD burner and a 4870 ati

Tried DMIinfo util and it read all fine.
Think is the energy saver not starting that block the rest.

On event viewer only error pop is this :
WMI
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003.
