Can you please tell us what changed between F6d and F6c? Is it perhaps extended Thunderbolt compatibility?
There was no change at Thunderbolt. But I would also like to know what changes there were. I've been on it for two days now and haven't found a fault until now. The predecessor of the Gigabyte z390 Designare had only 4 Bios updates which is not much. I hope there will be more updates for the current one.
I need Haswell Microcode 7. I updated my mobo (z97 gaming mx5 gigabyte) with a manually updated bios (bios made by me with software from you and others) and it allowed my i5-4690 to lock at 3.9Ghz on all 4 cores under load. I don't know where to find it anymore.
Somebody asked you about it some time ago (don't know if in this thread or not) and you gave him a file that contained the microcode which could be used with ubu and the bios file. The person who asked you that had a core i5-4590 if I remember correctly.
I know there's a Haswell Microcode generator program as well, I can't find it either. Have been searching for hours now :(
If you can give me the Haswell Microcode Generator https://www.overclock.net/photopost/...6_Capture5.PNG that looks like this, please. I really need to finish this PC fast & I can't find the microcode file for the love of me.
Quick Question: Does the Haaswell Microcode 7 do the job on it's own? (lock the turbo to 3.9Ghz on all 4 cores permanently) or do I need to do something else? The file I found from you worked just fine but I can't find it anymore...

Btw,
you can also found 07 microcode in early Z87 BIOS's and extract (or insert) with MMTool 4.50.
Thanks very much! Now I have another problem that is just fresh out of the box.
With the new microcode, my CPU does boost up to 3.9Ghz (or 4 with 102.5 clock rate) however... the second I use my iGPU more intensely, my whole PC powers down suddenly. I thought my power supply is dying but it's not the case. I tested 3 different power supplies (1050W HX from Corsair, some crappy 300W HP OEM power supply and the 500W power supply I use in this PC). Even in auto mode (everything set to auto) the PC is unstable and shuts down randomly.
I updated the bios with the 25th version of the microcode and stability is back. I even ran Prime95 & furmark simultaneously for 25 minutes and nothing happened. However, I noticed slowdowns and realized I have the spectre & meltdown patches done....
Which microcode update (without the turbo bug) doesn't contain the spectre & meltdown patches? And can you supply it here? I can't seem to find any microcode patches or files online at all and I don't want to manually modify the bios on my own because I don't want to risk breaking my whole PC.
