Perhaps when Broadwell get's finally more spreaded and much more users complain to Gigybyte's support they get off their lazy asses. Or buy their motherboards and return in them in high-volume via RMA. They promise full support of 5th gen, the CPU is fully working, but Gigabyte messed it up and is lying.
They will only learn it when it costs their money, therefore the hard way.

Stasio, I think the modded f8d should be discarded.
I removed the 15-5675c and reinstalled the pentium on the SOC FORCE. The mobo would behave OK again even better, go figure. BIOS F7. I then reflashed the modded bios, for kicks and it didn't go well
CPU would throttle -500 mhz when overclocked. Hardware access was compromized, even at stock clock. To the point that I ruined my windows install while restoring with either Acronis or Win System Image.
I then suspected the modded bios was the culprit. Before reaching this point, I had reinstalled Windowson f8d modded -which I didn't mind since I was still on an upgraded install- and found that the chipset drivers setup program would crash. Forcing manual install seems OK but who knows. Multi will throttle like crasy from 43 to 38 on the slightest cpu task. Reflashing f8d non modded fixes all this. This is not a good bios to flash, to say the least. Thanks for your help anyway. Very much appreciated.

Is this the best place to identify issues with the beta bios's or is there a ticket system of some sorts?

Gigabyte bios
I figured out! Overclocking settings do not work only in the classic mode BIOS!Last edited by prometheus333; 09-26-2015, 12:59 PM.
