Re: Gigabyte Latest BIOS
I know Gigabyte was considering allowing users to swap their boards for the newer revision when/if they come out. Or it would drastically reduce the purchase price of the newer revision when you turn in your current board. My board only has 1 revision (must have no problems lol) but if that actually became a company policy that would be fabulous. I don't think it ever worked out though.

Re: Gigabyte Latest BIOS
Yeah, Had I known a new revision was coming out I would have waited. I generally don't like doing rev 1 MB's so.... It would be nice if I could swap it out considering that I've only had the board for two weeks; heck I haven't even registered it yet. Might give them a call just to see, though I won't hold my breath.- My System Specs -GA-X58A-UD5 MB (F6 bios)Core i7-950 @ 3.8GHz ProcessorNoctua NH-C12P SE14 CPU Cooler6 gig Corsair Dominator - TR3X6G1600C8DATI Radeon HD6950 2Gig Video CardCreative X-Fi Titanium Pro SouncardAntec Signature SG-850 PSCooler Master HAF XWin7 Ult x64

Re: Gigabyte Latest BIOS
Hello. I hope I use correct topic.
Today, I got response from Gigabyte support to my problem (http://forums.tweaktown.com/f69/slav...id-mode-39627/)
They attached new BIOS in the response. As it is marked as 8a, I guess it is beta BIOS (and I would probably be the first person who will updated to it). Would it be somehow possible to check that the BIOS is correct and I can use it?
BIOS is here: http://ggts.gigabyte.eu/FileList/923079/ma77tud3.f8a
Motherboard is: GA-MA770T-UD3P revision 1.0
Thank you!

Re: Gigabyte Latest BIOS
You guys, all that is changed in the new revisions is updated Power Delivery Phases, nothing is wrong at all with the previous gen models so nothing you need to worry about at all.
All it means is you do not have their latest delivery design is all, the boards are perfectly fine as is!
