On this settings is system more stable, but it can't resume from sleep.

There seems to be actually more of an issue getting these MOBOs to work with 4x1 than with 4x2; I'll try to hunt down what seems to have worked for others - in the meantime, looks like you MCH voltage is high enough; you might try raising your tRFC to 60 or so, bumping up your RAM voltage another tenth, and ensuring that 'Performance Enhance' is set to 'Standard'...

I know it's no consolation now you have 4 x 1GB modules, but it's often noted that 4 modules don't work aswell as just 2 modules, especially at higher frequencies - whatever the make of Ram.

I can confirm though (see sig) that 2 x 2GB work fine on my motherboard (same series as yours). Although you still might find limitations when you go way above 800Mhz using 4GB with some makes of memory.

The other thing to note too, although you have purchased another 2 x 1GB modules which i assume are the same make, model and rating - the actual memory chips used on the modules could be from a different batch, or a different revision or even a different make of chip/model alltogether. Meaning that as the modules may not match, you'll have even greater difficulty in running both pairs together.
You'll no doubt find, each pair of modules ie 2 x 1GB run fine on their own.

What ram speed are you using? Auto may be using to tight of a strap on your ram multi as well. You may have to use Static Tread of 8 as well with 4x1

As for your Resume from sleep issue, what BIOS are you using? And when you last flashed did you load and apply optimized defaults after the flash? You must, if you flash again please DO NOT USE @BIOS and see here >>>

        What I woudl suggest >>>
