Every time I boot up my system I can see over IPMI interface in the Event Log this error:

System Reconfigured,OEM System Boot Event,Undetermined System Hardware Failure,Entry Added to Auxiliary Log,PEF Action

Everything works OK, but I still want to know what these statements mean especialy

What Failure? Where can I get more information in my computer to see what is REALY wrong and if I need or can do anyting about it before something catastrophical happens.

Looks like a clue was added to the "Auxiliary Log", wherever that is, I'm not familiar with your board.

Have you checked Device Manager for any problem devices? Ran msinfo32 and checked the Problem Devices entry?

It could be as simple as a uninstalled driver for something. Check the board manual and IPMI configuration guide for information.

I don't use any OS. At the moment I use live Ubuntu. Everything works ok in live Ubuntu.

I didn't find anything useful in IPMI manual. :(

A the moment everythig works ok, but I don't want to ignore these warnings before something bad happens (and the server will be put in production).

I have the same hardware failures but everything is working fine. AMI Megarac is just plain crap. They add so many features that are not working.
