Do you have IPMI? It turns out mine do not register the +12V. I replaced the PSU and the problem is still there. Bill asked me to RMA the board back if nothing helped after PSU switch. Well, it is now with ASRock and it will take 5-7 days...

I have the same problem. It happened about the same time as yours. I exchange memory modules just to make sure it is not the memory, hooked the board directly to a monitor, and did a CMOS reset with plug off, battery off, and >30 secs press on the power...

Re: C2750D4I BMC Self Test Status Failure

I'm in process of getting it resolved. It was a bad EEPROM chip so the MAC numbers were lost and they are no longer registered. BMC reset didn't help or any other tools to inject new MAC numbers.

    As always, ASRock customer support...

    Re: C2750D4I - P1.80 - No POST / video

Just drop by, after not visiting this site for a while, to say this board is rock solid for almost 2 yrs now. I am running it with SmartOS, 32GB, all 12 SATA ports occupied (2 mirrored SSD's and 2x Raidz1). Run into initial problems but Bill took...

I have the same hardware failures but everything is working fine. AMI Megarac is just plain crap. They add so many features that are not working.

Most likely your IP was reset to 0.0.0.0. You have 2 options:
    1. Do it the old fashion way. Connect your server to a real monitor and keyboard and modify the BMC IP number in the bios.
    2. Since you got Ubuntu running,

If it is not in the approved memory QVL list, the only way to find out if it works is to rely from other users who have good experience with it.

For 32Gb in 4 sticks, the memory that works very well that is widely available and not in the QVL...
