There might be a problem with the 6-pin psu power cable that connects with your video card.
If you power supply has a 2nd 6-pin power cable, test with the 2nd power cable.
Make sure that your 24-pin and 4-pin power cables are fully seated on the motherboard AFTER you have turned off your system, unplugged the psu cable from the wall outlet and then press and hold the front panel on/off switch for 20 seconds to discharge the residual electrical power in your system.
I hope you follow that you follow this procedure every time you remove and/or install any hardware or change any wires or cables.
