X79 Extreme9 Wni7 Action Center error message, Marvell 91XX controller

In the system tray I get an Action Center message:
Address a problem with Marvell 91XX Config ATA device.

Then on the Message Details page:
Search for a driver for your hard disk controller
Your hard disk controller has stopped working properly because a compatible driver isn’t available for this version of Windows.

I have installed the latest Marvell driver from the ASRock site.

Here is a newer driver then on asrocks website. Try this one http://www.fileden.com/files/2009/12...0.1019whql.zip.

As a side note you shouldnt really need a driver for the controller it can use the MSdriver built into windows 7. At least thats how the other marvell ctontrollers work 9128 and 9182. Now your board has the 9220 and the 9170 controller.

Also have you install the chips set inf drive along with the IME driver?

I’ll give that driver a try. Yes, I've installed the Intel INF files but not the IME. I thought that was just for remote BIOS admin type stuff.

Also, under storage controllers I just see three Marvell 91xx controllers. I guess the 9220 has two 91xx controllers in it.
