i would pm View Profile: ASRock TSD - Emily - TweakTown Forums you might need a bios sent you,ive seen lots of users needing a bios update for their graphic cards regarding asrock boards,try that first and see what happens

If when you tried each card separately in PCIe slot #2 and it was not recognized there is only 2 possibilities
1. Both cards are bad
2. Your board PCIe slots are bad
A GTX560TI is supported by UEFI 1.0 so it's not the UEFI. You have 2 options RMA both cards although in all liklihood it's probably the board...

RMA ranting and whining is prohibited, as is discussing ALL problems relating to an RMA that is in progress.
There is no problem with discussing RMAing components as a means of solving hardware issues.

Well heres my thing, I don't have the box that the motherboard came in anymore and I ordered this thing from newegg. I haven't spoke with them directly to see if I can get them to send me another box to have my motherboard RMA'd. I will end up calling them tomorrow and seeing if I can get a replacement box to do this RMA with if it comes down to it. I hope Emily can get to me by then, I wouldn't doubt if they didn't though, they're probably off today or something. Thank you again for the help.

Newegg is my only source for buying computer hardware and their customer service is excellent. Call and talk to one of the customer service representatives and calmly explain your situation. You will probably need to RMA your motherboard through ASRock to get it repaired because you didn't save the original motherboard box.
