Hey everyone, i don't really know that much about graphics cards or the more complicated hardware aspects of computers so maybe some of you can help me. I ran aquamark 3 and these are the results i got: http://arc.aquamark3.com/arc/arc_vie...run=1758708492

the fps was horrible when the program was running. I recently upgrade the ram on my comp so i doubt thats the problem. I'm wondering why my graphics card is preforming so horrendously. Any help would be appreciated. (btw im plannign to get a new gfx card anyway, im just curious how much itd make things improve.)

Heres a low score for a change: 26020 , catalyst 4.7 drivers (all other drivers and directx at latest versions) running on this system:

Athlon XP 2400+
Aopen AK77-600GN (VIA KT600)
512MB Kreton DDR400 @ CL 2.5-5-4-9
Maxtor UDMA133 120gb hard disk (8mb cache)
Radeon 9600 @ 450\520
400 watt Codegen PSU

Edit: Dameon, what drivers were you using? what running background processes\programs were up?

Aquamark seems to run better on P4s,obviously the HT support helps
