What are those shortcuts?

When I install Office XP and Photoshop 7.0 they always add two shortcuts in my startup folder, I wonder what exactly they load and if I really need them. Maybe I should delete them..

i usually switch those loaders off from msconfig. i don't know what they are...but switching them off never gave me trouble.

as far as i can remember (could be wrong).. some1 mentioned a while ago something about that gamma loader is used in combo with FP..some color management thing (pre-set color settings) for your monitor..and that other one is an optimizer.. to make office faster in opening etc...any1 correct me if im wrong though:confused:.. and i like asklepios turn em off too..neva bugged me neither
